Cookies and website analytics
We use two analytics services on this website to understand how visitors engage with our content:
- Netlify Analytics — a privacy-preserving, server-side analytics service that measures page views, referring sources, and geographic regions. It does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors, and does not process personal information beyond aggregated traffic patterns.
- Google Analytics 4 — used to understand how visitors navigate the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information including IP address (which Google truncates to enhance privacy), device and browser type, approximate location, pages visited, and referring sources. This data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to and stored on servers outside South Africa.
The lawful basis for Google Analytics processing is your consent, provided via our cookie consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site or by using browser-level tools to block analytics scripts.
For information on how Google processes this data, see the Google Privacy Policy. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not use any other tracking technologies, advertising cookies, social media pixels, or third-party marketing tools.

- To assess whether our services are appropriate for your operational context
- To communicate with you in connection with a potential or existing engagement
We process your personal information on the basis of your consent, given at the time of submission, and where necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How we use your information
Your personal information is used only for the purpose for which it was collected. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
